"Help" missing commands.

Hi Everyone
Just a question about the "help" section and command. I wonder why all the commands that can be used are not listed when you type HELP in terminal. Commands that can come in handy such as "clean doc" or "clean disk" are not listed and I am sure that there are many others. It would be nice to have a complete list of all available commands somewhere. Something like "help" for the main commands and "help all" that lists every thing. Does anyone have or know were a complete list can be obtained.
