I have a MAX MMS-125 that I bought to use in my house. I didn't do enough research though to find out that you HAD to buy the AVM modules to use with it and that it didn't have ANY built-in outputs directly on the unit. The cost of the AVM modules (even at dealer cost) makes it not practical for personal use. So I now have a perfectly functioning MMS-125 if anyone is interested.
