Netlinx fails to respond

I have a Modero 7500 being used with a Netlinx. Frequently, my system does not respond. I have to power cycle the Netlinx and then the modero will work with user requests from the panel. The system is being used to controll a Conference Center Audio/Video Conference/Training Webx. The system is about a year old. Any ideas or helpwould be greatly appreciated.

    A few questions to start with

    Did you write the software on the controller?

    Do you have the source?

    Does the software send out any debug text? (Telnet to the controller and type in "msg on" to see it.)

    When the controller stops responding,

    Does the debug text stop?

    Do any of the LEDs on the front panel indicate any activity?

    Can you ping the controller?
  • If panel doesn't response, can you ping it from master's terminal/telnet?

    If it is a Duet master (v3.xx), update it to v3.21.354. A lot of IP fixes were done.
