MVP-8400 Firmware v2.81.21 "Connection Utility" issue...

We just got in an MVP-8400 in for a job and I noticed that it had new items on the setup pages. While exploring under the new "Tools" pages, I was impressed to see panel logs and statistics. When I tried to use the "Connection Utility" however, I found that Studio would no longer transfer files to the NI3100 master connected to this MVP-8400 until rebooting the master. I had rebooted the touch panel without effect. It was something that the panel sent to the master that appears to locked out port 1319 communication.
It looks like there may be a bug somewhere in the new 8400 firmware, since that same connection utility page was showing every query response as missed, and the little connection icon on the utility page turned red. As soon as I exited the page I see the connection icons on the setup pages are green but I can no longer transfer files to the master from Studio (latest version). The netlinx web server works, telnet works, I can refresh system in Studio and see the master's device info, etc., yet file transfers fail until I reboot the master.
Can anyone duplicate this and let me know if it's just something I'm doing wrong? I don't really know what I would use this "Connection Utility" for, but if a tech went onsite and accidentally pressed it, we would have to reboot any affected master in order to update any code on it.

From a panel Release Note:
KNOWN ISSUE: Use of the new Connection Utility feature on the setup pages requires master firmware Build 352 or greater, which will be available by June 13, 2007. Until that date, avoid use of the Connection Utility or the master may become unresponsive and require a reboot. This issue does not affect panel operability.
Yep, that was it. Thanks for the info.
