Winmax -IMS500-2 issues

I am using winmax version 2.7.1 and a Max IMS-500-2 firmware 3.4.0 and I keep getting an error - 0 when ripping CD's from winmax.
What is error - 0 ????
Is there a installers touble shooting guide with error codes?
The other issue is that we have filled the unit with music and removed audio to fit some special party cd's for a specific event and even though we have 16.3 hrs remaining it seems we can not add anything new.
Some insight would be appreciated.
