IP/Video Camera

So hey guys/gals. This is my first post in any forum. So be gentle 
. I am currently working on a home in Colorado. I need to find a Camera that is IP based (MVP-8400 friendly) and also have the ability to get a composite video out so my customer can have PIP on their plasmas with the camera display. I've been looking at the Axis 292 for the video decoding, but can't get further than the Sales Rep for technical info. Does anyone know if it has the ability to do on the fly video switching via IP control. I know you can control it thru their software, but sadly AMX doesn't come with Axis software installed on their touchpanels. . Your assistance or other suggestions are greatly welcomed.
