NXT-CV10 droping offline

I have a strange problem at this site.

I have a NXT-CV10 wireless that drops offline, and won't connect until I cycle power on the master.

During the non-connect times the client's IT states they can Ping the Master, the WAP and the TP. If they can ping all the then I figure they're all connected.

Then how's the panel showing offline?

    My first guess is you have an IP conflict that's kicking one of the pieces off. Have the IT unplug those three pieces then try pinging them. I've also had an issue where the client had 2 routers both set for the same IP scheme which was causing a similar issue. Also, check your firmware because wireless dependability has been an issue in the past. If your panel has an 802.11b card it may also be worth bumping it up to 802.11g if it's on a mixed network.
