IR Control for Samsung BD-P1200

I recently downloaded IRL file from IR codes fourm for Samsung BD-P1200. I have some issues with it and wondering if anyone has idea or maybe differe IRL file here, please?

1. When I send "Stop" (channel 2) either from Program button or using Send Command <d,p,s>, " 'SP',2 " , it called function "Step" instead of "Stop".

2. Also, the subtitle function is missing.

3. I don't see any option to select the output (i.e. HDMI, Component, etc.)

Any idea?

Thanks very much,
Aldous

One of the first places I always go when it comes to things 'IR' is www.remotecentral.com specifically http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/files/rcfiles.cgi?area=pronto&db=discrete

this is the area that contains a lot of HEX IR codes for many descrete functions for a variety of makes and models.

Go have a look and try loading in the HEX values into the IR file in IREdit and see what you find.

    hope that helps.

Do you have the remote? If so, you can capture it if you have an IRIS or you can send it to AMX and they'll do it.

I have the remote but I don't have IRIS. I didn't know that AMX will capture it for me. I am just an AMX individual programmer. Will they still do it for me? Do you have the contacts?

Thanks very much for your help,
