TPI4 firmware

We have problem with Elo touch monitor (model ET 1529L), connected to TPI/4 (firmware v 2_57_69). Monitor show image, but TPI/4 doesn’t receive pushes. How to solve this problem?

    Is the screen USB or serial?
    The TPI4 I have here is firmware 2.63.4 and has 2 Elo drivers, ELOTOUCH and ELO19TOUCH. Not sure if both are implemented in the 2.57 firmware, and what's the difference.

    Regarding the firmware update to 2.63.4 see end of the above Technote.
