Does anyone have a serial protocol document for this satellite receiver? It has a serial port that the documentation says is for updating the firmware. All I really want to do is change channels and get a response back. I have a customer that has some at various locations in A/V closets and they want to be able to see if they are alive without getting the locals involved.
