I/O Port Speed

Greetings,
I am working on an application in which I would need to count digital pulses through an NI-x100 I/O port.
Does anyone know if there is a published spec on how fast these ports can respond? I'm quite sure they have some element of debouncing to them. I would need to count no more than 5 Hz.
Thanks.

?Looks like the IO ports require at least a 300 millisecond delay in order to be considered change of state. ?
I?m not sure if that was for an NI-X000 or an NI-X100 series though. It might have even been for an NI-700, I don?t remember. I needed to monitor a 12.5 Hz watchdog and knew I was way out of the ballpark and so I never pursed it any further.
I need to count pulses from antenna positioners. Right now the AMX controls dedicated positioners, but they are very clumsy and lack meaningful feedback.
