VNC Keyboard Protocol

He is one for the challenged. I have tried recently to perform a virtual keyboard control of a computer by sending commands through an NXD-CV5. All went well performing a couple of simple virtual keyboard commands to control a third party software running on a PC with Vista !! Oh and using Tight VNC.
Where i have hit a brick wall, is the Enter key. In the software history for the NXD-CV5 it says it can perform the command by sending "'^VKS-',$0D". For all i try it does not work. Other commands do work though.
In short i want to skip this process and do IP comms from NI master to Vista PC running VNC. Only issue is trying to get the Keyboard VNC Protocol !!
Do any one have such protocol info ?

Good luck. There are several open-source implementations of VNC. RealVNC offers source downloads for their free version. These can be used as reference if the spec isn't clear.
