downloading from mvp-8400

i want to receive the tp4 file from an mvp 8400. i tryed using netlinx studio and tpdesign but it doesn't work work. i tryed conecting via usb cable but still doesn't work... any suggestions?

    solve it. for connecting via usb, after selecting usb mode, the mvp needed a reboot...
