I've used Lutron lighting control keypad for esthetic reasons and for basic control it worked fine. Source select, play, stop & volume. I think now I would just use a Metreau keypad since they fit into the same decora sized opening, although the colors won't match since I almost always use the satin finish with Lutron devices.
I haven't used the Metreau keypad yet but so far I haven't heard anything bad which is encouraging.
I haven't used any of the RTI keypads, but I use their handhelds from time to time. The keypads could either send IR codes directly to the Netlinx master or you can use an RTI processor to talk to the Netlinx master.
I'm waiting for a Metreau demo. We were using the Mio series and they are pure junk. We need to find something more rugged. Has anyone used the Metreau and have any input on this keypad?

Here's a thread on RTI integration.
