Source Compression Errors

Okay . . . just curious if anyone has been experiencing a problem like this. After uninstalling 2.7 and reverting back to 2.6, I can't seem to compile properly every single time. It will say that it can't find one of the files to compress, i.e. an AXI or AXS. And the file usually changes every time I try to compile; after a few times of compiling, it's all fine. I have been running back up software lately, and defrag - but I wouldn't think that'd matter. Any ideas?

Well, now that you mention it...
I created an new Include file in 2.7. I was working on an HVAC program. I put it away and in the interim uninstalled 2.7 and re-installed 2.6.
Just yesterday, I went to add the newly created include in a project created in 2.6. I browsed to the folder that it was in and the file browser couldn't see the file. I then switched to 'show all files' and it still couldn't see it. I ran over and made sure that I had the correct directory. It was there alright; bigger than life.
I cancelled out of the 'add existing Include' window, closed NS. Then, double clicked the Include file. It chugged and churnned and finally opend the file. I hit save then shut down NS2. I went back to the project, added existing Include and there it was. However, upon trying to compile, it said that it couldn't find the file. So, I created a new Include in 2.6, copy/pasted the whole shooting match from the older file created in 2.7, recompiled and it was happy.
I trashed the old 2.7 created Include file.
So, all that to say that I don't have the original to check...
I had this happen for a while. I think I got rid of it by unchecking the Build With Source check box in compiler preferences. I think I reinstalled NS and then it went away with it checked.

Dare we hope it actually fixed them? 2.6 had this annoying thing where it looked in the settings for include, module, and library locations and gave them priority over the local folder (which should always be the first place it looks). If it stopped doing that, some locations may need to be adjusted.
