G3 web Panel issues how to remove it

I have NI3100 Controller I test on it G3 Virtual Keypad (NDT-VKP) and after i test i Voting . Now I download another NetLinx program. but when I try to brows my master in explorer Virtual keypad and I voting is still there how I can remove these files.

    You have to remove the folders/files manually:
    1) use a FTP client (Windows Explorer, FileZilla, etc.). Connect to the master and delete the folders and files not longer required
    2) from telnet or terminal, do a CLEAN DISK. But this will erase everything on the CF, like program file, IR files, any custom folders and files, etc. CLEAN DISK is also critical because if there something fails (i.e. a power fail while in process), the firmware files may be damaged, and then the CompactFlash has to be replaced.
