McIntosh Music Server

I have a MS300 McIntosh music server and I need to control it with AMX using a module. However I had problems getting the Escient module to work VIA ip and RS232 has anyone had this problem or know any solutions?

    As far as I know, the McIntosh is identical to the Escient Fireball, just branded McIntosh. In fact, I have controlled a demo model in my store with the stock Fireball modules without any problem.

    I think we are going to need better details on what your issue is.

    Firmware

    I think the unit just needs a firmware update. I will try that then see how it works!
