No Axcess Devices Found

Hi amx world
I not visualize axcess devices found in AXB-EM232

I am connected to AXB-EM232 because the "connection info" is green status.

when I start the "refresh system" this written appears "loading the Axcess device list" and after appears "No Axcess Devices Found"

I don't have experience on AXB-EM232, can you halp me?

    I would check this from terminal. Connect to the EM232 by terminal, do a ECHO ON and then SHOW DEVICE.

    What's the AXlink LED doing of the EM232?
    - static on -> no program in master. maybe batteries of the EM232 empty and there was a power fail, so the code was lost
    - 1 blick/second - program in master, all programmed devices online
    - 2 blinks/second -> program in master, but one or more devices programmed are not online
    - 3 blinks/second - AXlink failure. Maybe a device blocks the bus, shortage of bus.

    Terminal works, but also here I have two blink per second and I not know like visualizing device.
