If I turn on notifications and reboot my touch panel, I get Device [10001:1] is Offline

But no Online event comes when it's finished rebooting.

    I just tried a TP here on my desk and I get online and offline messages in diagnostics but not notifications. In notifications I see the various commands that get sent to the panel when it comes online but not a statement of it coming online.

    Ooops. Yes. The online shows up in diagnostics.
    (i turned on some extra notifications for the tp. that's why it was showing up in notifications.)
