Devices missing for mapping

in NetLinx Studio
I just installed the latest version of Studio.
If I create a new workspace file, then go to map my UI and IR files to my devices, there are no devices shown to map to. Just the custom and user tabs.
Has anyone else had this problem.
If I open a workspace file that I created in the earlier version all the devices are there as normal.

    Have you added a source file to the new workspace with devices defined in the DEFINE_DEVICE section? Studio uses the devices defined in code to populate the list. Also be aware that Studio only picks up devices defined in the master source file (and potentially other .axs files added as source files to the workspace) but not those defined in included .axi files.

    And make sure that you have compiled the file as no devices from your DEFINE_DEVICE section will show up until it has been compiled.

    Hi,
    yes I have an AXS file that has been compiled, with all my devices defined.
    I can input the DPS using the custom tab, but it's a pain compared to just clicking on the dev name.
    Never had a problem until I installed this version

    You might double check that the system is the active system and that the .axs file is the master file. Right click on the system name and check "set as active system" and then right click on the .axs file and check "set as master".

    I gave up in the end.
    Downloaded the application again, re-installed it and now it's fine.
