Online / offline every 20 minutes

Here's one for you all. I have a touch panel falling offline nearly every 20 minutes (log below) and am just noticing it now. Need to get this figured out in less than a week.
I've been monitoring my clients' systems now by logging all button presses, online/offline events, presets, powering of devices, etc. and have it email me every night. (A great idea I got from someone on here.) Anyway, here's the deal. I have two MVP-8400s that have been running smoothly for the past several months. We just upgraded his system by installing 7 x Met. KPs, 3 x 10" inwalls, a 5200i and an R4. We had to install another access point in the bedroom just for the 5200 and also put the R4 gateway in the same room. I'm noticing that one of the touch panels is falling offline almost every 20 minutes. The original WAP is on chan. 1, new WAP on chan. 11 and the R4 gateway on chan 26. I'm not having any problems with the 5200 or the other 8400. This 8400 is the closest of the two to the new access point and to the R4 gateway.
Anyway - just curious if I'm missing anything that's blatantly obvious?

I had a similar problem caused by a duplicate IP address. Two panels kept fighting for control and they would both take turns going online and offfline.
Keep the ideas coming and whoever was right gets a big fat . . . Cuban cigar!
.....just kidding about the cigar.
I can understand this setting causing the panel to go offline if set to the 20min rate, but the
panel is not going wakeup and come back online until someone uses it.
Possibly something with your wireless system causing this??
