Modero's and connection issues

I have a job that currently consists of 9 NetLinx masters, 4 MVP 8400's that connect to individual local systems but also are devices on the central master for global functions, and 8 CV12's also connected to that central master. My client has complained of the hardware buttons on his MVP's ceasing to function...but they always work when I am on site. What I have noticed, however, is sometimes all buttons becoming unresponsive, then all the pushes happening all at once - clearly a dropped conection, and a massive catchup on reconnect. I have been assuming the customer only noticied this when using the hardware buttons, and in fact he really lost the whole panel for a few seconds. Anyway, in my efforts to better stabilize the sytem, I whipped up a very rudimentary log module. Since all the panels reside as devices on the central master whether they have local functions or not, I'm just writing to dish when they go on/offline, or when they send messages to the master. Here is a copy of logged events since I was last on site the afternoon of the 16th:

My question is, are the recorded drop-offs within normal parameters? After a wireless panel goes to sleep, I expect an offline when it shutsdown, so I'm not refering to that. I notice I even have a wired panel falling off the network for a brief period, so it's not necessarily a wireless connection issue.Any thoughts?

By the way, previous logs showed a lot more drop-off activity on the MVP's, until I switched to AMX WAP's...so there were definitely some wireless connection issues. I'm trying to clear up as much as I can, and at least be able to cast the blame on circumstances beyond my control (like overall house network traffic) for what I can't clear up.

I've had some problems with the hard buttons where they stopped responding. What it turned out to be is that one of them had gotten stuck down subtly so that the panel was ignoring all other buttons. To fix it I would have to hit all the buttons again so until the one that was "stuck" became unstuck. I noticed that the centre one in the middle of the cursor controls was the most likely culprit.

Ah, that's a good heads-up, I may be chasing down the wrong path here.
