programming an Echo 360 Capturing Device

I am dealing with an Echo 360 capturing device. I wanted to see if anybody on here ever programmed one? I noticed there is not an RS-232 control port or even an IR control for it. I am kind of SOL on this one. :(

    this is what's going on. i have 3 classrooms that have an echo360 device. they each got their IP's setup. the way i have it set up is when the instructor connects their laptop to lets say, PC Input 1 and routes it to Projector 1 Output, it also routes it to the output on the switcher where the Echo360 device is connected to. then everything you control it with is through the laptop. when we try to capture display-audio it doesn't capture at all.

    it is suppose to capture the instructor talking in the classroom, mouse movement and every action that is being taken place on the laptop.

    by the time the duration of the capture is finished there is nothing that was recorded. ???
