Command Matrix directly

I have to control a Matrix device with a NI3101 for a Housing show in few days, my problem is I get problems to do works the module with this master.

I installed the module in a NI3000 in my showroom and it's works nice.

I'm looking for a emergency solution to do work Matrix in case of I'm not able to fix the problem.

Somebody can give me a cue on witch syntax to use to send a command diirectely to Matrix?

In doc's they speak how send a command trough the Comm module but I have to admit i'm fuzzy about how send direct command...

what are you up to? i have programmed the matrix without any modules, and it runs nicely. the documentation for rs232 is good, that's where i looked.
