Factory Defaulting TPI/4

Greetings,

I have a TPI4 in which the 1988 password has been removed. Does anyone know of a non-removable password in or any other way to factory default the unit?

    I think only the factory can do that.

    Does the master code from G3 panels work on G4's?

    Can't find where I wrote it down right now..

    I did find this:

    SEND_COMMAND dvTP,'^PWD-5,1988' Panel will need to be online.

    Edit: Found it... 1205. Some say its works on G4, others don't.

    1205 will NOT work in G4 panels.

    Well, that was easy.

    Pressing the touch driver button on the front of the TPI4 got me into protected setup without a password. I was then able to change comm settings to match my system. I sent the PWD command and I'm good to go.
