MVP7500 Slow Response

Hi,

I have a MVP7500. It is blank IE has no user files on it. Its touch response is slow and sometimes unrepsonsive. Other times I press a button and the button stays down. I can telnet in and I can upload files via USB at speed with no problems.

It seems that there is a issue with the touch screen, anybody got ideas of what I can do?? Sometimes it responds fine for a few seconds other times it doesn't. Sometimes it seems it freezes and I have to pull the battery out.

I have
uploaded a TP4
uploaded latest firmware
reset system settings

but same issue

Make sure memory card and wireless card are fully seated in their sockets.

I've seen symptoms like this when the batteries are very low, even if the panel is plugged in. If that's a dead end, updating the firmware may not be a bad idea either ... if something is scrambled, that may overwrite it.
