Have you captured the IR streams from your remote? Note, I say IR streams because they are usually a stream of hex codes and not one individual hex code.
So, the first thing you need to do is capture them using either AMX's Iris hardware or another piece of hardware that will then let you load the IR streams onto a PC such as a Pronto Remote. You might check to see if the IR streams are available from amx.com or the manufacturer.
Once you have done that then you can cut and paste the IR streams from the Pronto editing software into the AMX IR Edit utility that will let you build a IRL file.
A very handy utility to convert code for you is "VERT" and can be found at www.remoteyou.com under the "Files" tab.
It converts AMX, Pronto (HEX), Waci, C***tron IR files and is freeware.

Does anyone have this utility that they could post here, or another way to get ahold of it. Remoteyou.com seems to be no longer there. Thanks.
