CSG544 Calling Rules.

We have just installed a 544 at a clients home and seem to be having trouble with the dialling plan there is only 1 that should send all alls starting with a 9 to the external analogue trunk, for some reason the 544 sends some calls to the external trunk and then sometimes it will send them to an internal extension with no set pattern, also when a call comes in it can takes around 10s to start ringing the internal extensions, also caller id between internal analogue handsets doesn't function. The web interface also seems very hit and miss. Has anyone else had issues, the client its not best impressed, after forking out a lot of cash.

On another note does anyone know if you could put on the digium firmware image ?
