Sony PCS-G50P Video Conference Unit Module

Does any one have experience with the Sony PCS-G50P module I cannot get this module to work.
There is no communication to the unit via RS232 or IP. I can control the unit with my module via RS232 but want to control it IP.
I get an error in Netlinx Diagnostics that says the following:
Device Access: Device Acces.loadDrivers - failed to resolve dependencies for /bundle/Sony_PCS_G50_COMM_dr1_0_0
No idea what this means.
Would appreciate any help to get this module up and running.
