Epson S5 Projector

I am currently preparing a proposal for adding some control for a church's two projectors and screens. The projectors are Epson S5's that have no conventional RS-232 port but a USB port similar to printers. Epson's documentation claims that they can be controlled via the USB connection using the protocol outlined in their documentation.

Since their protocol is similar across their product lines either a standard netlinx module or a duet module would work.
What type of hardware device would you use to interface the projector's USB connection to Netlinx either TCP/IP or RS-232?
Thank You in advance
