R4 connection

I tried many ways to connect this device but I don't have any success

I make as the manual says

-allow joining on the commission tab
- Network scan in the protected setup, (in this stage i could not find the Pan ID )

I'm really next to zigbee gateway, so probably there is no interference,

anyone have a ideia abou this?
what can I do?

    If you haven't already, check what firmware is running on the Zigbee gateway, the R4 and the Zigbee module (which runs on the R4 itself.)

    All 3 must be the same version or it won't work.

    Thanks that helped!

    But i found another problems

    I made 2 or 3 downloads for the R4 and worked well
    but before that he won't respond anymore. The panel connects to the zigbee gateway but not correctly, the gateway in the system settings is always zero


    I tried many things and I can't undertand how a new .TP4 could do this to me
    I never done something to him :)

    If someone have this issue before please help

    (in the gateway statics says "the connection overflowed" or something like this)
