MVP7500 blank screen

I have a Mvp-7500 with a blank screen, It lights up background but stops there. Is this sign of corrupted flash ?

Any help please.

    Blank as in all white? or all dark or grey or black?

    White is CF. other could mean multiple things. does it have a TP file in it?

    Blank screen as in the screen is black but you can tell the backlight is on? If this is true and there is no boot logo then the bootloader somehow got wiped out. The only solution to this is to reprogram the boot flash and that must be done by AMX.

    If the boot loader is showing and never goes away then likely the application has gotten corrupted. The good news on this is that this resides on the CF card and can be upgraded in the field.
