ACE Programmer Exam--ALERT

If you plan to submit (or resubmit) an ACE Programmer Practical, there is a NEW submission process EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY (see below). This change is intended to improve our service to you with specific delivery confirmation that your files have been uploaded. The old process relied on email and attachments, which have become increasingly problematic in recent weeks.
If you are not sure if this applies to you, go ahead and send an inquiry to TrainingHelp@amx.com. DO NOT ATTACH your practical exam to that email.
Like many other ACE announcements, this news was sent today (Oct 8) by email directly to all those who AMX believes are affected by the change. The primary flags are a) enrollment in ACE Control System Programming Expert track and b) NOT already confirmed as ACE Control System Programming expert.
NOTE: You should care about this process change IF:
1) your ACE Programming certification will expire THIS year (earned prior to Jan 1, 2009 and not already Maintained in 2009)
2) you have already submitted a practical by email but have not received a review
3) you have not received specific confirmation of your practical exam delivery
4) you have not heard anything about your exam since you sent it in
5) you are working on revisions and plan to resubmit
This does NOT apply to you if:
1) your ACE Programmer certification was earned in 2009
2) your ACE Programmer certification has already been Maintained in 2009
3) you are not attempting to become an ACE Control System Programming expert
If you are not sure if this applies to you, go ahead and send an inquiry to TrainingHelp@amx.com. DO NOT ATTACH your practical exam to that email.
Here is the NEW PROCESS to submit your ACE Programming Practical exam:
1. DO NOT submit your exam via email!
2. Enter AMX University
3. Click Learn Tracks & Courses
4. Launch the ONL ? Programmer 2 Practical Exam -OR- ONL ? Programmer 2 Maintenance Practical Exam
5. Once exam launches, follow on-screen instructions to upload your practical.
