Remote webcontrol. Is it possible?

Hello!

Now we are trying to access a webcontrol application of a device (a videoconference) from a touch pannel. Like with a Remote PC Control, but instead of a VNC server, a web server.

I just would like to know if it is possible or not, and how to do it.

Thanks and salutes!!!!!!!!

In the strictest sense, no since the TP is not a webbrowser and cannot be one. Depending upon the web interface of the device, you may be able to contorl it by spoofing a web browser. Many devices nowadays allow for control via web spoof commands. (PS Audio comes to mind.)

You'll need to figure out what the device is doing with its web interface and then figure out how it gets commands from the remote client. As long as it's not SSL or some other encryption you should be able to get it done.
