MET-ECOM-D Video to TV

Anybody have experience how I can get M-JPEG Video from (MET-ECOM-D) to view on TV. Even on IP Video phone Grand stream (GXV3000). It has H.263 Video codec & Audio Video Output also but I did not try yet. Or there is any IP Sat Box or decoder witch I can connect with TV. On H.263 Format TP will not display Video.
