NI 3100 ip communication problem

Hi

I have a Ni3100 ,Wap 250 and wireless 1200 VG touch panel.

everytime i restart the controller the staus led on the front fails to lit.i have to restart the Ni 3100 several times for it to get back to communicate with the touch panel.

Also during this problem ,the Lan Led's on the controller show its connected but i cannot ping to the controller.

i also tried putting a 4 port switch ,but still the problem exists.

Can someone please tell me ,how to overcome this .

Try setting dip sw number 1 (PRD mode switch) on the back of the NI3100 to "on" & reboot. You may be stuck in a loop so set this switch to on the master will allow the system to run w/o the loaded program. I'm thinking the several reboots to re-establish TP comms is required to clear what might be triggering the loop that's causing the problem. Maybe not but at least start there and see if you can then ping the master. If that works then comment out the last portion of code you wrote, set dip switch 1 to "off" and compile & reload the code and see what happens.
