problems with i!-PCLink Web2 (SENDKEYS command)

Hello!
I?ve recently started to use the i!-PCLink Web2 application and i?m facing problems to execute some shortcuts or hotkeys with the keyboard (virtual keyboard).
For example, to open a file in a program i should execute "ALT+F" and then "CTRL+O" to open it.
To do so, i send to the i!-PCLink the command "SENDKEYS-{ALT}F" and then "SENDKEYS-{CTRL}O"
But i?ve noticed that any command started by an "{ALT}" is ignored, it?s impossible to be executed.
Any idea?
