Reinstalling VA

The laptop I originally installed VA on is about to die. Who do I contact about having my serial number work on my new laptop? I just tried to install and was told my serial number is already used. I'm hoping I don't have to go through the process of getting another disc and SN.

    Just call Tech Support. They should be able to reset your serial number/key while you're on the phone with them. Quick process if I remember correctly.

    You can also send an email to service@amx.com with the serial number and request for reset.
