Asset Manager Installation Problem

I'm trying out with the Asset Manager software on Windows Server 2003. After installing the asset manager with the license donggle, the web admin page just won't open up ..... the manual just too brief and there's no troubleshooting method on the administrator guide. Could somebody assist me on this issue ?
