Duet debug in Windows 7 (x64)

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to debug my duet application in windows 7 (64 bits) with no luck. After pushing debug button the progress bar goes till 95% and freezes on process "Awaiting AMX Master handshake after reboot" until time runs out. Tryed to raise the timeout - doesn't help - the same.
On virtual XP on same machine works like a charm.
Does anyone know how to make it work ???
