iWeatherUI.tko no where to be found

I have always just used the iWeather for the Color t-stats. I would like to use it now for a touch panel as well. Only problem is in the file I have, straight from AMX, it does not have the .tko file for the UI module.

How can I get it, or does somebody have it?
