Honeywell Energy ICM Thermostat control??

Has anyone controlled a Honeywell Energy ICM Thermostat system? I've been tasked with doing so and have found little information. It appears to be a web-served control system that the client logs into and runs from the little magic black box connected to the web.

Any words of wisdom?
