NS3 not connecting to master

Has anyone have this problem I can't connect to master via NS3, but can connect with Netlinx Diag without any problems. NS3 is not seeing the master in listen mode and keeps failing to find master when trying to connect.

    If you have the 'Ping master to check for availability' checked, un-check it and see if that takes care of your problem.

    Found the problem Firewall was blocking NS3 .......I could shoot myself
