G3 Panel clears integer array.

My program at home uses an integer array to keep track on a network of temperature sensors. Whenever I go online with my computer, the array clears to all 0's. It does this no matter which browser I use (explorer, firefox, safari, chrome). I've commented out all of the uses of the array that except the line that sets the array and the part that uses it for some math. and it still clears almost every time i browse to it. This same system also seems to lose touch with the outside world. (I send and receive e-mails with it) It will run for a day or 2 then it stops. When I reboot it works for a day or 2. I've tried every thing I can think of. Tech support says it shouldn't do that. Duh! Any ideas?? Thanks...Jim...
