I have a little bit of strange one.
I am running a MACBook Pro, with VMWare Fusion. I do all the programming in a dedicated XP virtual machine and to date, it has worked flawlessly. The machine runs all the software perfectly, and most of the time faster and easier than a native XP machine. However in recent days I have encountered an issue attempting to connect to a MVP-5200 via USB. I can connect, the network adapter comes up, I can ping the panel and get a valid response, but it will not appear in the online tree for the Virtual Master.
I think that I have tried everything, I have disabled my Virus Scanner ( VIPRE ), I have disabled the MAC firewall, I have uninstalled the USB-LAN and reinstalled, I have following the procedures that i found on the forums all to no avail.
Is there anyone out there running a MAC who has had similar problems?
Oh yeah, just a side note, I can connect to a MIO-R4. No problems.
Stuck.
