Connection to Virtual Netlinx Master Lost

Greetings,

When trying to load R4s, I have been getting "Connection to Virtual Netlinx Master Lost" in TPD4 after about 10 seconds or so of connection.

Any ideas?

    I've noticed that with new R4's, you need to wipe the existing pages from setup before you load a new file. I'm pretty sure that's the message you get if you don't. I think they pushed the factory pages in a write-protected mode.

    What version of TPD4 and R4 firmware are you using? That sounds like a problem on the TPD4 side, but you never know.

    I'm at 2.11 Build 619 and have noticed the same thing Dave describes....delete the user pages and then it works.

    Are these brand new R4s or R4 that were upgraded to ZigBee Pro?

    One was an upgrade, one was new.
