SIP Gateway Comments?

For those of you that have integrated the CSGs before, any comments/helpful tips you can share? How is the sound quality with the Entry Communicator via the phones? Can you execute programming from attached IP phones, like by dialing an extension or something? I'm trying to get an idea of the unit's capabilities. Thanks.

    Have you read the manual? That would be the first place I'd look.

    Well for instance, can this be used as part of an existing PBX? The documentation states that it can replace the PBX, but that isn't what we want to do in this situation, since the PBX is already up and running, with all of its extensions, permissions, users, etc.
