RSS feed in Arabic

I am able to get RSS news feed but the client needs arabic RSS feeds like the links provided below. I know that AMX panels dont support regional fonts and they will ve to placed as a bitmap. I am not even able to do string parsing in the Netlinx Studio since arabic wont come up in the compiler . Any ideas?
