Axxon RS232 pci express serial port

I bought this with drivers for window 7 64 bit. I installed the drivers and windows says everything is find. When I go to set up communications in Netlinx studio 2, I get the option of com 1 or 3. Neither of these will communicate for me with an axcess enhanced master. I have the com rate on the master set at 38400, I have the come rate in windows set at 38400 and 8N1.

Does this board just not work or am I doing something wrong.

    This pci express X1 board does work. My mistake was just trying com1 or com3 in the settings toolbar. I had to change the setting to com3 in the file transfer window when I was asking for a download.

    So again, the Axxon board is good for windows 7 64 bit.
