CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was extremely reluctant to even discuss anything with AMX seeing as I am an end user and reading about all the extra fees incurred in dealing with them.
So I decided to send them an email My current dealer has long gone out of business and my weather subscription had expired. I purchased a thermostat some months ago which came with a weather subscription.
I sent an email last night and after a few emails back and forth and Im up and running with my new weather subscription loaded onto my NetLinx master.
A very painless experience. Thanks AMX.
